Go-to-Market Strategy, Opportunities and Challenges Celebrating female leadership, business growth, and international success!

As part of London Tech Week and the AI Summit 2025, the BCLUK was proud to host a special evening reception at the Luxembourg Ambassador's residence, in collaboration with TechWomen4Boards. The event celebrated female leadership in tech and international business, while also showcasing Luxembourg’s growing presence in the UK innovation ecosystem.

The evening opened with welcome remarks from H.E. Ambassador Georges Friden and a short introduction by Zana Aston, CEO of TechWomen4Boards. This was followed by a dynamic panel discussion featuring:

  • Dr. Erika Szita-Szegedi, CEO, ST Consultancy Ltd

  • Kasia Hayward, Head of Culture, Diversity Atlas

  • Samaher Garbaya, Co-founder, MyelinZ

The panel sparked thoughtful discussion on the legal, strategic, and cultural dimensions of cross-border scale-up strategies—especially between the EU and UK. Topics included AI ethics, inclusive leadership, regulatory frameworks, and product-market fit, with an emphasis on practical insights for women-led ventures.

We were honoured to welcome a delegation of 14 Luxembourg tech companies to London, exploring new partnerships and market opportunities in the UK.

Thank you to all our speakers, guests, and partners for making this evening such a success.
