Luxembourg's Minister for Foreign and European Affairs, Jean Asselborn, was received by his counterpart Foreign Secretary James Cleverly for a bilateral meeting.

Luxembourg and the UK have signed a Joint Statement on bilateral cooperation, which outlines their shared commitment to upholding the highest international standards on the rule of law and human rights, promoting shared values globally, and deepening relations in the areas of foreign policy, human rights, financial services, economic exchanges, mobility, and science and research cooperation. Both countries also reiterate their commitment to joint working through multilateral forces, including the United Nations, NATO, OSCE, Council of Europe, OECD, and the IMF.
