Majority of banks view ChatGPT as an opportunity: survey
In April 2023, the Luxembourg Banker's Association (ABBL) conducted a survey through its FinTech and Innovation Forum, with the support of Société Générale. The survey received responses from 42 participants representing diverse sectors, including banks, consulting firms, law firms, payment providers, and software vendors. The findings revealed that 75% of the respondents perceive ChatGPT as an opportunity for their business, while 25% consider the generative AI tool as a potential threat.
