The Bank of London applies for EU banking licence with ECB, Luxembourg’s CSSF
On Wednesday, July 12, the Bank of London revealed its intention to seek a European banking license from Luxembourg's financial regulator, the CSSF, as well as the European Central Bank.
If the application is approved, the bank intends to invest €200m in Luxembourg and generate 300 employment opportunities.
